Having Organic Foods in your diet

Some people prefer Organic Food rather than Non-Organic Food. 

What advantages can this benefit us? And how can this effect us?


Let me give you some facts based on studied researches..

1.) Organic Foods are often more expensive. Farmers do not use pesticides or other chemical related products in exchange to that it requires more intensive labor that is why it is said that it is more expensive than the usual price of non-organic foods.


2.) Organic Foods often tastes better. Like for example researchers at Washington State University had proven through lab test trials that the organic berries were consistently judged as sweeter. In addtion to that, new research verifies that some of the organic produce is often lower in nitrates and higher in antioxidants than conventional foods.


3.) Organic Foods have higher nutrient levels. Based on dietary patterns, American nutritionist Virginia Worthington confirmed that there are higher levels of nutrients in organic produced. On the average organic foods do contain higher levels of trace minerals, vitamin C and antioxidant phytonutrients.


4.) Organic Foods reduces health risks. Because organic produce are grown purely natural which do not use chemical fertilizers and other pesticides extensive researches came to conclude that organic produce reduces cancer and other diseases caused by the said chemicals to human body.


So will you go for organic food? It is now up to us what to choose. If you would go for organic food but if you think that it's too expensive then plan for it make a budget for your health diet. It will not be waste of your money. I always believe that anything is worth it if it is for your health. Let's GO ORGANIC!
