What is the normal weight gain during pregnancy?
Here are the following weight gains you should look out for it is divided into three periods..
First Trimester: 1 to 2kg. / 2 to 4lb.
Second Trimester: 300 to 400g. / 10 to 14oz. a Week
Third Trimester: 1 to 3kg. / 2 to 6lb. a Month
Most woman often suffer from constipation that is why in addition to all of this pregnant woman should really need to take-in rich in fiber foods such as fruits, vegtables, bread, cereals, exercise 20 to 30 minutes swimming or active walking two/three times a week and most of all drinking 2 to 3 litres of water each day could really help pregnant woman from experiencing constipation.
