I had Entouch service 3 years ago, however, the service provided was of such poor quality after months of complaining I was allowed to cancel the service. After 3 years, a technician dug up cable in my back yard climbed the fence, trampled on my plants and left my back yard in a mess. I've called for 2 weeks and as of today, no one has addressed my concerns. And they wonder why customers to this day is unhappy with Entouch as a provider??? Go figure.
