Where to start --- #1 this company states on their website same day shipping if paid by 4:00 p.m. That is simply a lie. They didn't get around to even processing the order until AFTER I had to contact the company who processes their. shopping cart check out and demand a refund. Same day = 6 working days! #2 The banner on the website says FREE SHIPPING. My fault for not catching it before I paid...they charge for shipping. #3 Their "customer service" number is invalid. #4 Their "888" number goes to a recording which says to try the "live chat" or "email" then hangs up. There IS NO LIVE CHAT and emails go unanswered two weeks running at this time of the review... #5 After doing some searching, I found their business address & local phone number. They will answer the phone, I would assume with caller I.D. then hang up again. I would give a zero for a rating but 1 is the lowest possible to give. Let's not even start on the quality of the packaging and product. A simple sub-standard will do. In closing, anyone trying to save a dime, just spend the extra damn dime and save yourself the headaches.
