Here are some suggested styles in making your Own (Do-It-Yourself) Videos:

• Infomercial - Introduce your business to the world. Read a short well written script about your business and products while you show the highlights of your store and products. Here are some key points:
  • Introduce yourself, mention your credentials as the business owner
  • Name, address, website of your business
  • Provide a brief story about your business
  • Tell about your products and services
  • Answer: What makes your business unique?
• Interview - This involves an interviewer and interviewee in a question and answer format. Prepare interesting questions and answers that highlights the strong points about your business. Consumers are smart and they want to know more about the people behind the business they are interested in. The more shoppers know about you, the more effective you will be in turning them into customers.
• Informative - You may have a new product or service that needs exposure to let people know that its a better way! An informative video works by explaining the steps or processes you want to let your potential customers know about how your products and services differ. Here are some types of informative videos you can make:

Preparing Your Videos Before Uploading

1. Create a Videos folder in your computer
2. Edit your videos as needed. You can use video editing software such as Windows Movie Maker or online using Jumpcut.com
3. The length of your videos should be less than 5 minutes for direct uploading in WowCity.com and less than 10 minutes for YouTube.com

How to Upload Videos

1. Log in to your account or register, if you are not yet a member.
2. In the Dashboard or Control Panel:
   • If you have a Business Listing, click "Listings" in the menu bar
   • If no Business Listing, click "Videos" in the menu bar
3. In the "Listings" page click "Manage" beside your Business Listing.
4. In the "Manage Listing" section click "Video" in the sub menu bar
5. Fill out the following fields:
   • Title for your video (Required)
   • Select a Main Category, then a Subcategory
   • Choose - Country, Region, and City
   • Type a short description
6. EMBED YOUR VIDEO - Your video is from YouTube, Bebo, Revver, etc via embed tagging.
   • Click the "EMBED" tab instead of the "UPLOAD" tab
   • Select the source website, ex. YouTube.com
   • Paste the Embed Tag of your video to the box
   • Click on "Add Video"
